We deliver marketing and digital services as described in our proposals or plans. Scope changes are agreed in writing.

Payments

Invoices follow the agreed schedule. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

Your responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and the assets we need (logos, copy, access).
• Ensure any provided content respects copyright and local regulations.
• Use deliverables for their intended purpose only, unless we agree otherwise.

Liability

We work to professional standards but cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

If we update these terms, we’ll post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
